Clinexera is a clinic management software provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. You may use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Clinexera is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Access to the platform requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Clinexera reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including patient records, appointments, and clinical notes. Clinexera does not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Clinexera is committed to protecting your privacy and your patients' data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, phone number, and clinic details. We also collect data you enter into the platform such as patient records, appointments, and visit notes. We collect usage data to improve the platform.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Clinexera service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Patient data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
All data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. File uploads are stored in isolated, access-controlled cloud storage.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
We use essential cookies only — those required for the platform to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We want you to be completely satisfied with Clinexera. However, please review our policy regarding refunds carefully.
All payments for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated and access to the platform is granted, we do not issue refunds for any reason.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for the unused time.
